Question 1

What can I do with CashKar right now?

Accepted Answer

You can value and trade in an iPhone, explore new iPhones, and review an eligible Guaranteed Buyback™ plan. CashKar Certified™ iPhones are being prepared and are not yet available to order.

Question 2

Are CashKar Certified™ iPhones available yet?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. When stock is ready, each listed phone will show its own condition, battery health, PTA status, warranty and CashKar Device Passport™ before you buy. Until then, explore our new iPhones or value your current phone.

Question 3

How does Trade-In work?

Accepted Answer

Tell us your iPhone model and condition to see an estimated value. Then book an inspection at our Garden Town office or request a visit to your location in Lahore. We check the phone, explain the final offer, and you decide whether to accept it.

Question 4

Is the online trade-in value final?

Accepted Answer

No. It is an estimate based on the details you provide. Your final offer follows physical inspection, identity and status checks, and diagnostics. We explain any difference before you decide.

Question 5

Where can my iPhone be inspected?

Accepted Answer

You can bring it to CashKar Headquarters in Garden Town, Lahore, or request a doorstep visit at your home or office in a service area. An appointment request is confirmed after we check availability.

Question 6

Do I have to accept the final offer?

Accepted Answer

No. You can review the confirmed value and decline it. Ask us about any visit or service fee before confirming an appointment.

Question 7

What should I prepare before inspection?

Accepted Answer

Bring the iPhone and any requested proof of identity or ownership. Back up your data, remove your SIM when asked, and make sure you can unlock the phone. You should enter your Apple Account password yourself; never share it with our team.

Question 8

Is my data erased during inspection?

Accepted Answer

No. An inspection alone does not authorize CashKar to erase your phone. We ask for separate consent before an applicable data-erasure step. Back up anything you want to keep before handing over the device.

Question 9

Do you accept an iPhone with Activation Lock or a lost/stolen status?

Accepted Answer

No. The iPhone must be yours to sell, and it must pass ownership, IMEI and lock checks. If Find My or Activation Lock is active, remove it yourself when requested. We never need your Apple Account password.

Question 10

How do I receive the value of my old iPhone?

Accepted Answer

You can apply an accepted trade-in value toward an eligible new iPhone. If you are selling without upgrading, the available payment method and timing are confirmed with you in the transaction record before you accept the offer.

Question 11

How do I know the iPhone’s PTA and SIM status?

Accepted Answer

Check the product listing and invoice for the exact phone’s PTA status and SIM or eSIM configuration. Ask CashKar before paying if you need a particular regional or SIM version.

Question 12

Does a prebooking request reserve a phone?

Accepted Answer

Submitting the form is a request. It becomes a confirmed order only when CashKar confirms availability and the applicable booking terms with you.

Question 13

What warranty comes with a new iPhone?

Accepted Answer

The applicable manufacturer or distributor warranty, start date and coverage will be stated on the product page and invoice. Check those details for the exact phone before you buy.

Question 14

What is Guaranteed Buyback™?

Accepted Answer

For an eligible new iPhone, the plan shows possible upgrade values for a selected 12, 24 or 36 month term. At the end of the plan, CashKar inspects the enrolled phone. The condition it meets determines the applicable credit toward your next eligible new iPhone from CashKar.

Question 15

What is the difference between Condition A and Condition B?

Accepted Answer

Condition A is the higher-value tier for an excellent, fully working phone with stricter cosmetic and battery requirements. Condition B allows normal signs of use while still requiring the phone to pass the essential checks. Both require a matching IMEI, eligible PTA status, no blacklist or Activation Lock, and no disqualifying damage or tampering. Read the full thresholds in your plan.

Question 16

Is the Guaranteed Buyback™ value paid in cash?

Accepted Answer

The plan value is a credit toward a subsequent eligible new iPhone from CashKar. It is not an unconditional cash payout. Your specific plan states the term and the Condition A and B values.

Question 17

What happens if my phone does not meet Condition B?

Accepted Answer

It will not qualify for the plan’s Guaranteed Buyback™ value. After inspection, CashKar may offer a separate revised trade-in value that you can accept or decline.

Question 18

Is there a fee for the plan?

Accepted Answer

The current website describes a Free Plan for a limited time. Check the plan details shown when you enrol any applicable fee and your selected values should be confirmed before you commit.

Question 19

What warranty will a CashKar Certified™ iPhone have?

Accepted Answer

When CashKar Certified™ iPhones become available, the limited warranty will depend on the model. The current policy lists up to 3 months for iPhone 13, up to 6 months for iPhone 14 and 15, and up to 12 months for iPhone 16 and 17. The period printed on your invoice controls.

Question 20

Can I return an iPhone if there is a problem?

Accepted Answer

Contact us within 24 hours for a wrong or missing item or visible delivery damage. For an eligible issue with a CashKar Certified™ iPhone bought online, the policy allows a request within 7 calendar days. Returns are reviewed after inspection; the seven days are not an unconditional trial.

Question 21

How do I make a warranty claim?

Accepted Answer

Contact CashKar before your warranty expires. Share your invoice or order number, IMEI and a description of the problem. We will guide you through intake and inspect the phone against its sale-time record.

Question 22

How can I contact CashKar?

Accepted Answer

Email cs@cashkar.pk or call +92 311 1444694. For a trade-in inspection, you can also use the appointment form.
