Which iPhones we accept
The trade-in wizard currently values iPhone 13 through iPhone 17 series models (including Pro, Pro Max, Plus, Mini, and iPhone Air where listed). We currently only trade in PTA Approved, Factory Unlocked iPhones. The device must pass ownership, IMEI, and lock checks — Activation Lock or lost/stolen status is not accepted.
Condition grading in the wizard covers overall appearance ( Excellent, Good, Fair, Heavily Used), battery health bands (90% to 100%, 85% to 89%, 80% to 84%, below 80%), and whether core functions work. For how CashKar grades certified iPhones offered for sale, see our certification standards.
Payout & pickup
How and when you get paid
You can apply an accepted trade-in value toward an eligible new iPhone from the CashKar shop. If you are selling without upgrading, the available payment method and timing are confirmed with you in the transaction record before you accept the offer. In the booking flow, payout options include bank transfer (1 to 2 business days), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or applying value as upgrade credit.

How does Trade-In work?

Is the online trade-in value final?
No. It is an estimate based on the details you provide. Your final offer follows physical inspection, identity and status checks, and diagnostics. We explain any difference before you decide.
Where can my iPhone be inspected?
You can bring it to CashKar Headquarters in Garden Town, Lahore, or request a doorstep visit at your home or office in a service area. An appointment request is confirmed after we check availability.
Do I have to accept the final offer?
No. You can review the confirmed value and decline it. Ask us about any visit or service fee before confirming an appointment.
How do I receive the value of my old iPhone?

Do you accept an iPhone with Activation Lock or a lost/stolen status?
No. The iPhone must be yours to sell, and it must pass ownership, IMEI and lock checks. If Find My or Activation Lock is active, remove it yourself when requested. We never need your Apple Account password.
