1. Use of Services
By accessing CashKar's website, valuation tools, and marketplace, you agree to comply with these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases or sell devices through our platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Trade-In Valuations
All valuations generated by our Device Valuation Calculator are conditional on physical inspection.
If battery health, screen condition, or functional status differs from your online assessment, we reserve the right to revise or cancel the buyback offer.
You must sign out of iCloud and erase all personal data before handing over your device.
3. Purchases & Payments
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed before dispatch unless Cash on Delivery is explicitly offered.
CashKar reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
4. Limitation of Liability
CashKar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore.
